Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
FeudFix is a consumer dispute intelligence platform. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, the third parties involved, and the choices you have. It is written plainly and kept accurate to how the software actually works.
Information we collect
To set up and analyze a case, FeudFix collects the details you provide during intake — your description of the dispute, the company involved, the product or service, purchase date, and the resolution you want. If you create an account, we store your account email. You may optionally add a customer profile (name, mailing address, phone) used to address correspondence. All messages and documents attached to your case — including company replies — are stored as part of your case record.
FeudFix is software, not a law firm. Using FeudFix does not create an attorney-client relationship, and our analysis is guidance, not legal advice.
Documents you may upload
You can upload receipts, contracts, warranties, correspondence, and screenshots as evidence (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, and DOCX up to 25 MB each). To analyze your case, FeudFix extracts the text from these documents and may send that text, together with your complaint and the company's policies, to the AI services described below.
Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are only reachable through time-limited signed links — they are not publicly listed. Do not upload Social Security numbers, passwords, full bank or credit-card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary to your dispute.
Email correspondence handling
Each case can be assigned a dedicated virtual email address (for example case-1234567-0001@mail.feudfix.com). Letters you approve are sent from this address, and company replies sent to it are received and stored on your case timeline automatically.
Outbound and inbound email is delivered through our email provider, SendGrid, which processes message content and metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps) as part of normal email transmission. We do not expose your personal email address to the company; correspondence is sent under a FeudFix virtual address on your behalf.
Use of AI services
FeudFix uses third-party large language model (LLM) providers to analyze your case. This means the text of your complaint, the documents you upload, the company's policy documents, and the results of company research are sent to those AI providers so they can produce your analysis, drafted letters, and recommendations. We choose providers for capability and cost, and the AI providers process this content according to their own terms. Because your case content is sent to AI services to perform the analysis, FeudFix does not claim that AI never sees your information.
Web research on companies
To build company intelligence, FeudFix searches the public web for similar consumer disputes, arbitration outcomes, regulatory actions, customer reviews, and social-media posts about the companies in your case. Results may be cached on the company's record so later cases reuse them. We try to match results to the correct company and region, but web-sourced content can be imperfect; treat it as a lead, not a verified fact.
Third-party service providers
- Stripe — processes payments for paid services.
- SendGrid — sends and receives the email for your virtual case inbox.
- LLM providers — perform the AI case analysis and drafting.
- Storage and hosting — the platform that hosts FeudFix stores your database records and uploaded files.
Data retention
Your case record and its correspondence are kept while your case is active. Uploaded evidence and case documents are automatically deleted 30 days after your case is marked resolved.
After resolution, FeudFix may retain an anonymized summary of the dispute and its outcome (with no personally identifying information) as a precedent that helps analyze future cases against the same company.
Deleting your data
You can delete an uploaded document from your case at any time using the delete control in the evidence area. Deleting a document removes it from your case record and clears its citations from the analysis, and FeudFix requests deletion of the stored file. Because the hosting platform does not expose a file-deletion API to FeudFix, the underlying stored object may persist in platform-level backups for a limited time before it is removed.
To request deletion of your account and associated cases, contact us through the Contact page and we will action your request.
Payment processing
Paid services are billed through Stripe. FeudFix never sees, receives, or stores your full card number or payment credentials — all card data is entered directly with Stripe and governed by Stripe's own security and privacy practices.
Security measures and their limits
FeudFix applies several measures to protect your data:
- Uploaded files are kept in private storage and accessed only through time-limited signed links.
- Row-level security restricts each case and customer record so that only the case owner, an assigned agent, or an admin can read or change it.
- A security audit log records sensitive actions such as document uploads and deletions, correspondence, escalation, and resolution.
These measures reduce risk, but FeudFix cannot guarantee that your data never leaves FeudFix — by design, your case content is sent to AI and email providers to perform the service. No online service is completely secure or 100% private, and we do not claim ours is. We rely on our providers' stated security practices and cannot independently guarantee them.
What we do not claim
For accuracy, FeudFix does not claim that your data never leaves FeudFix, that AI never sees your information, that the service is completely secure, or that it is 100% private. Your case content is shared with the third parties described above as an ordinary and necessary part of providing the analysis.
