Terms of Use

Effective August 17, 2026

By creating an account or using any paid FeudFix service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

FeudFix is software, not a law firm

FeudFix is a software platform that provides dispute intelligence and guidance. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or an attorney-client relationship. Nothing FeudFix produces is a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

AI output may contain errors

Your case analysis, drafted letters, and recommendations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, omit relevant facts, or misread a policy. Treat all output as a draft to verify, not as a final or authoritative answer.

Review correspondence before sending

You are responsible for reviewing and approving every piece of correspondence before it is sent on your behalf. Read each letter carefully, confirm the facts are correct, and make any edits you need before approving. FeudFix will not send correspondence you have not explicitly approved.

No guaranteed outcome

FeudFix cannot guarantee any particular dispute outcome, resolution, refund, or response from a company. Disputes depend on facts, company behavior, and circumstances outside FeudFix's control. Our analysis is guidance to help you act — not a promise of results.

You are responsible for your decisions

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on FeudFix's output, including what to send, when to escalate, and whether to accept a settlement. If your dispute has significant financial or legal stakes, consider consulting a licensed attorney.

FeudFix does not impersonate you or companies

FeudFix sends correspondence under a FeudFix virtual email address on your behalf and clearly identifies itself as a software service. FeudFix does not impersonate you or any company, and does not represent that letters come directly from you or from the company. You authorize FeudFix to send the correspondence you have approved.

Authorization to send approved correspondence

By approving and sending correspondence through FeudFix, you authorize FeudFix to transmit that approved content to the company on your behalf using the FeudFix virtual case email address, and to receive and store the company's replies on your case timeline.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information

Do not upload Social Security numbers, passwords, full bank or credit-card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary to your dispute. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Acceptance

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Existing users who have not yet recorded acceptance will be asked to agree before their first paid action. You may decline by not using the service.

What should I do next?

Not sure what to do next? Describe your dispute in plain words, add any receipts or messages you have, and follow the step-by-step plan FeudFix builds for you. Your case has its own email inbox — letters go out from it and company replies land in your timeline automatically.
